How Boss Angels Inc. helps young people and the community
At Boss Angels Inc., our mission is to help young people build brighter futures by providing a safe, supportive environment where they can grow spiritually, emotionally, personally, and professionally. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover their purpose, develop valuable life skills, and realize their full potential.
We serve the Toledo community by offering free and affordable youth programs that teach career-ready skills such as nail technology, cosmetology, entrepreneurship, job readiness, leadership, financial literacy, and other hands-on vocational training. Beyond technical skills, we mentor youth in communication, teamwork, responsibility, confidence, and decision-making while encouraging positive character and faith-based values.
The impact of our work reaches far beyond the classroom. We see young people:

How we measure our impact
The impact of Boss Angels Inc. is seen every time a young person discovers their confidence, learns a new skill, or realizes they have a brighter future ahead. We believe success is measured not only by numbers, but by the lives we help change.
We see our impact through the smiles of youth who gain confidence, the parents who tell us their children have become more responsible and motivated, and the students who develop real-world skills they can use for employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong success.
Our programs provide more than beauty education—we teach leadership, job readiness, financial responsibility, teamwork, communication, professionalism, and faith-based values. By giving young people a safe and positive place to learn after school, we help them stay engaged in productive activities while building the skills needed to become successful adults.

Who we serve
At Boss Angels Inc., we are committed to serving youth ages 6–17 throughout the Toledo community, with a special focus on young people who may face financial hardships, lack positive role models, have experienced trauma, or simply need a safe and encouraging place to grow.
Many of the children we serve have incredible potential but limited access to opportunities that help them discover their talents and build confidence. Through mentorship, hands-on career training, faith-based encouragement, and life skills education, we provide the tools they need to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams.
Our programs help youth:
